A sweeter version of the classic French mendiant. Our creamy, caramelized milk chocolate blend in a simple disk with roasted peanuts and a light sprinkling of Maldon flake salt. Sweet, creamy with a hint of salt and delicious! Boxed in a convenient 1/4 lb size. Individual mendiant weights vary but 1/4 lb is approximately 15 pieces in this recipe.
