Based on the classic French fruit mendiant. Our rich, dark chocolate house blend 80% in a simple disk studded with dried papaya, shaved coconut and a light sprinkling of cacao nibs. A delicious snack or perfect to pair with a light dessert! Boxed in a convenient 1/4 lb size. Individual mendiant weights may vary but 1/4 lb is approximately 15 pieces in this recipe.
